Reminders for up coming events.

This Saturday 10/20 CMA regular meeting @ Boppin Bo's, 8:30 breakfast, 9:00 meeting. They are allowing us to order burgers now so if you don't like the breakfast the burgers & fries are good. Also we will be doing Nominations at this meeting so being praying about who to put in the positions, including yourself. There are rules about who can vote, and who can hold an office.. I think you have to be a CMA member and have been at the meetings 3 out of the last six. I may be wrong about this but you will find out for sure at the meeting.

 

Monday prayer meeting 6:45 PM @ Crosspoint Baptist Church.

 

10/25 BUNCO @ Lori Nuttings. I guess all the spots are filled. Meet at my house 5:30 to carpool up, or if you don't know the way.

 

10/27 Nasselle Youth Camp visitation with Quads & Bikes.

This Saturday is the "Out of the Darkness" walk at the water front in Portland. All Volunteers need to be over there ready to work at 7:00 AM, unless Madlyn told you other wise. Parking is on your own. You can contact Madlyn @ mpietila77@gmail.com  or call 910-6886.

 

Sunday 10/7, Danny is planning an ice cream run. Meet @ Boppin Bo's @ 1:30 PM after Church.

Saturday's Event - Out of the Darkness (suicide prevention)

Hello, 

For those of you who are signed up or if you aren't, you can still come help.This is the information for the "Out of Darkness walk"

On Saturday October 6,2012 ( this coming Saturday)

The address is: the world Trade Center 121 Salmon Street Portland,Or.It is behind the center (is what I was told) in the court yard. When you arrive tell them you are there to volunteer and your with CMA. I could not get an answer about parking being paid .We can meet at Bop n Bos at 6:45am to carpool if anyone wants to do that. Their is parking in the parking garage or on the street. If you want to meet at Boppin Bo's, you need to let us know or no one will be there.

We were told to be there at 7am and it ends at 12:00 noon.Some of the volunteer positions start at different times so I will let each person know what time to be there and their position.

 Or you can just come for the whole time and help where needed.
