Seaside Bikefest on July 11-12th.

Just wanted to update everyone on what is going on so far.

We plan to have a coffee trailer in Seaside for the bike fest......Will be set up Friday afternoon....We are giving away coffee and water

We need to have the booth open from 5:PM to 9:PM on Friday and we may have it open after 9PM as well.....We may have bikers walking around after the show and you never know whom the Lord may bring our way.....

As for Saturday, the show hours are 9:AM to 8PM and the Oregon State HOG rally ride will be ending in Seaside. We don't have a time yet as far as when they will have us do the bike blessing.....We were told it would occur most likely after the prizes are given away at the HOG rally which is after 4 PM and last band will start at 5:30PM. They will be announcing it as well and we may also have a Bike Blessing Banner made for this event as well......Depending on how many CMAers are available on Saturday we should have 3 groups + that can walk around and do the bike blessing. To have as much opportunity as possible we may even have a sign offering to do a bike blessing at the coffee trailer as some may not like to be in the HOG crowd.......
We will also have an donation can set up at the trailer for those who wish to give to Run For The Sun or just to be able to give a donation.

Tentative Friday hours.  We need to have at least 2 people to a shift and it would help to have 4. Never know who may want a bike blessing or other prayer..
NOTE>>>>>>> Please Wear You're Colors<<<<<<<NOTE
Thanks to everyone for helping at this event...........To God Be the Glory

From our friends in Longview: Planter's Days in Woodland

Hi everyone!  After discussions with our chapter officers a few days ago, it was decided (For those of us that are available) to attend the Woodland Planter's Day Activities this Saturday, June 21.  We will meet at the WOODLAND SAFEWAY south parking lot at 11:00 AM.  Some of us will earlier scan the downtown area for a closer more visible parking spot.  I will bring the CMA Banner, and tie it to the handle bars of a few bikes.  We will have CMA info available at the bikes as well, where people passing can pick-up a brochure.  Please wear your colors if you have them.  You can stay as long as you wish to, and leave when you want to.  Let's be praying God will open doors of ministry for us.  This should be a good experience, so please come if you can.  We will also be joined by members of Vancouver Cross Country Cyclists, Apostle's for Christ, and friends.  Call me if you have any questions this evening, I plan to be home.  My Woodland phone number is (360) 225-6263.  See ya Tomorrow, George

State Rally Report

Hello Everyone!  State Rally was GREAT!  Most of us arrived on Friday and set up our sleeping quarters; some in hotels, some in RV's, and others in tents on site at the Ephrata High School.  People brought items for the silent auction and the goodie team was there with all of the CMA branded stuff.  Friday night we headed out for dinner and then came back to enjoy some good music, custom tailored for CMA.  After that we had a group ride to Moses Lake for some pie.

On Saturday we enjoyed each other's company as we lined up for the parade through Ephrata.  We were able to lead the parade and then come back around and watch most of it.   There was plenty of time to enjoy Sage n' Sun attractions around town and then we set up for motorcycle games.  We had great participation in the slow races, ball transfer, obstacle course, balloon toss, and ball drop.  It was fun to watch people get out and try something new.  Joe Maxwell spoke in the evening and we adjourned for some ice cream.

Ralph Juarez delivered God's word on Sunday and then most of us packed up, said goodbye to our friends, and started our ride home.
